Categories

Tick categories to search only those. With none ticked, every category except adult is searched.

What the username search is for

The username search checks a name on more than 400 platforms at once and shows where it is already taken and where it is still free. Use it before you launch a brand, a channel or a project, so you can claim the same name everywhere, or to find accounts you opened yourself years ago. Tick categories to narrow the search; with none ticked, every category except adult is searched.

Frequently asked questions

How do I check if a username is available everywhere?

Type it above and press Search. The list fills in as the platforms answer and ends with a count of where the name is taken and where it is free. Use "Show" to list only the free ones.

Does "Taken" mean the account belongs to the person I have in mind?

No. It only means someone uses that name on the platform. Many people share the same username, so a match says nothing about who owns the account.

Is the name I search saved?

No. Our server asks the platforms and sends the answers to your browser; the name isn't stored. The platforms see a request from our server, not your IP address. Your last few searches stay in your own browser.
